Made for Replay creates custom digital songs and optional animated videos from the details you submit. By ordering, you agree to the terms below.

What is included

The $179 song order includes one personalized 2-3 minute song with private digital delivery. The $299 total package includes that song plus one animated video built from one submitted reference photo.

Preview and final delivery

Each song and video is custom-made from the brief you submit. Before final delivery you receive a preview. When you approve the preview, we release the complete files. Please include all important details before ordering, as we do not take a new creative direction after production. If a delivered file is corrupted or clearly does not match the confirmed order, contact us within 48 hours and we will correct it.

Delivery

Your preview is ready within two business days for a song and three business days for song plus animated video, after payment and receipt of a complete brief. Rush delivery must be confirmed before ordering.

Submitted materials

You confirm that you have permission to share and use the names, details, and any photo submitted for the requested personal gift. Do not submit sensitive information that is not needed for the order.

Ownership and personal-use license

Made for Replay owns the custom song, recording, arrangement, and animated video we create. After payment and approval, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered files for personal, non-commercial purposes, including downloading, saving, privately sharing with family and friends, and playing them at personal events.

This license does not include resale, paid advertising, monetized posts, commercial broadcast, sampling, sublicensing, claiming ownership of the underlying work, or using the files for a business, organization, campaign, or public promotion without written permission from Made for Replay.

Our guarantee

We want you to love it. If the preview does not feel right, tell us before approving it and we will refund your order in full. To keep delivery fast and pricing simple, the remedy is a refund rather than a revision: we do not offer re-edits or new creative directions, but you never pay for a song you do not love. Once you approve the preview and receive the full files, the order is complete.

You can also cancel for a full refund any time before production begins. If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a refund. Abusive communication may result in cancellation and a refund for any unstarted work.

Referral partner program

Active referral partners receive a unique code and link. A customer who uses that code receives 5% off an eligible order, and the partner earns 10% of the amount actually collected after that discount. The 5% customer discount and 10% partner commission are the entire partner program benefit unless Made for Replay agrees to different terms in writing.

A referral is eligible only when the partner code or partner link is applied and recorded before checkout is completed. We do not owe retroactive credit for orders where the code was not applied, was entered incorrectly, was inactive, was blocked by fraud controls, or was not captured in the checkout record. If more than one partner code is involved, the code recorded on the completed checkout controls.

Commission is calculated from the final order amount captured by checkout after the partner discount. Commission does not apply to refunded amounts, canceled orders, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, test orders, duplicate orders, self-referrals, or purchases made by the partner or on the partner's behalf. If an order is refunded, canceled, disputed, reversed, or later found ineligible, any related commission may be reduced to zero, reversed, or deducted from future payouts.

Qualified commissions become payable after a 7-day settlement hold. Payouts are issued monthly through the payout method on file once the payable balance reaches $25. Partners are responsible for keeping payout details current and for any taxes, reporting, or forms connected to their payouts. We may request tax, identity, or payment information before issuing a payout where required.

Partners must promote Made for Replay honestly and comply with applicable advertising, email, text-message, privacy, and endorsement disclosure rules. Partners may not claim to be Made for Replay, imply exclusive authorization, make guarantees we do not publish, alter our pricing or offer terms, or use our name, logo, samples, customer work, or creative assets in a misleading way.

Partners may not use spam, purchased lists, unsolicited bulk email or texts, cookie stuffing, hidden links, forced clicks, browser extensions, malware, coupon-directory submissions, trademark bidding, bidding on Made for Replay brand search terms or misspellings, paid ads that impersonate Made for Replay, or any promotion that is deceptive, invasive, or likely to confuse customers about who is selling the product.

We may approve, reject, pause, or end any partner account or code at our discretion. We may withhold or reverse commissions for suspected fraud, policy violations, attribution errors, technical errors, payment failure, customer abuse, or activity that harms Made for Replay or its customers. Ending participation does not create any right to future referrals, future commissions, or continued use of Made for Replay branding.
